Referral Program Terms

Our referral program offers a $50 gift card reward for successful referrals. To qualify, the referred person must be a new client who signs a lease through our services. The referral reward will be provided after the referred client has moved in and the lease has been verified. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion.
